JOB SUMMARY:
Assistant Marketing Communication Manager role is to work collaboratively with Brand Manager in order to
develop and oversee Marketing Strategy which align to company and business strategy.
He/she is in between strategic and execution position by developing Marketing Campaign, ensuring effective
Marketing Communication under brand guidelines, conduct Market Research and Analysis, strengthening
accuracy of related Marketing Reports, contributing in team development and always keep up to date of industry
trends.
He/ She is a creative trait to embrace new changes on daily basis, very energetic to understand customer trend,
independent and effective decision maker, analytical person, dynamic, details and positive mindset regardless in
complex environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing marketing strategies/plans which can build satisfied customer
experience, support business operation and align with company strategy
- Develop creative campaign across various media types and outlets in order to
promote brand and sales maximization such as new product launching, annual &
seasonal promotion, new stores and so forth
- Execute the campaign and support marketing teams to deliver all related
marketing project/activities from inception until completion with effective timely
manner
- Monitor and appraise on the results of each campaign/marketing activities with
proper data analysis and guidelines. Then, communicate to teams on the result
and collect feedback/recommend for improvement of next projects
- Support in developing an integrated communication strategy both internal &
external for company incorporating PR, Marketing and Online
- Develop relationship with key media to secure and grow media coverage both
online and offline marketing
- Monitor all related communication tools which align with our brand and
communication guidelines effectively
- Collate and analyze current communications and messages and ensuring
consistency and up-to-date content
- Assist in copy-writing and reviewing on content, messages, stories and other
related press releases to maximize opportunities for positive PR
- Act as a key representative/ambassador for brand at relevant events as required
- Ensure your knowledge of the digital marketing industry or new trends is kept up
to date (networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources)
- Actively involved in analyzing market and customer research to derive insights in
order to drive new marketing efforts
- Assist in related research, testing, data collection & analysis, all related marketing
engagement and interpret information accurately to management
- Produce marketing reports weekly/monthly/annually as required by management
and present those reports accurately to management
- Ensure teams control all related marketing database, tracking and records are up-to-date
- Oversee marketing activities/project budgets and monitor costs by assessing
other related marketing expense, balancing marketing campaign’s reach with its
budget effectively
- Ensure effective work performance results of team under your supervision and/or
your projects
- Support in team development and growth, share knowledge and contribute in any
related internal training
